Rotational Plastic Moulding - What is it?
We use a rotational plastic moulding process which allows us to create almost anything you can think up. RPM results in an even distribution of plastic into any mould, allowing for exact thickness specifications.
We have a selection of standard products such as bins, tanks, portable toilets and jetties. However, we have also produced various other made-to-order items. Pioneer Plastics will make it happen if you can’t find the plastic product you need.
How do I start?
Contact us and we meet with you to discuss your requirements and let our engineers assess the concept. They come up with the right design and create it in CAD. Depending on the size, we may provide you with a scaled 3D-printed model for approval.
Once you approve the design, we make the mould, which you own outright, and production begins. Custom moulding provides an affordable, versatile and fairly quick way to bring your idea to life. If you can imagine it, we can mould it.
