Request for Assistance – Leaking Fuel Tank Components

Very disappointed with my 75L diesel/petrol fuel tank from Pioneer Plastics. It has only been used on one recent trip, yet both the fuel cap and breather are already leaking fuel. For a new product, this is unacceptable and a serious safety concern. Please advise on how this issue will be resolved.
